Product Description:
This flange type features a low-profile neck (or hub) that is welded both at the pipe's outer diameter and internally at the hub's base. It is manufactured from high-performance alloy steels (e.g., ASTM A182 F304, F316, F11) and is designed to slide over the pipe end before welding. The internal weld provides additional strength and improves fatigue resistance compared to plain slip-on designs.
Key Parameters:
Available in pressure classes from ASME B16.5 Class 150 to Class 600. Standard sizes range from 1/2" to 24". Common face types include Raised Face (RF) and Flat Face (FF).
