Product Description
These flanges are manufactured from CuNi 90/10 copper-nickel alloy with a pressure rating of PN10, designed and produced in full compliance with ANSI B16.5 standard. They are available in Flat Face, Reducing, and Weld Neck types to satisfy different pipeline connection, sealing and diameter transition requirements.
CuNi 90/10 material provides outstanding seawater corrosion resistance, excellent oxidation resistance, and good mechanical strength, making the flanges highly suitable for marine, offshore, shipbuilding, desalination, and coastal industrial applications. The Weld Neck structure effectively reduces stress concentration and improves pressure bearing capacity, while the reducing design ensures smooth flow transition between different pipe sizes. The Flat Face type offers stable and uniform contact for low-pressure sealing systems.
